Shipping Policy

Unisource Commercial calculates your shipping cost when you add your location at the checkout section. We are proud to offer free shipping* on many of our products, although there is a flat fee of $119.00 if a lift gate is needed.

Most parts, accessories and smaller equipment (generally under 75 lbs) ship Fed-ex, with your choice of service level given at the checkout section. Our equipment is shipped through a network of trusted carriers. We will issue you a tracking number when there is confirmation that your shipment has left the warehouse.

Equipment and other large items (generally over 75 lbs) are delivered curbside. To request inside delivery* call customer service at 888.885.8844 or 708.395.9700.

*Inside delivery is strictly just that. Moving and installing equipment once inside is not included.

Transit times may vary based on product availability and location.


Return Policy


The following criteria must be met for a return to be accepted:

     A. A valid RMA# (Issued by Unisource Commercial upon initial request for refund)

     B. No obvious signs of use
     C. All original packaging

Returns are subject to the specific manufacturers return policy. Generally a 25% restocking fee & return freight charge. Upon approval, refunds are issued by check from Unisource Commercial.

For processing errors and product damaged during shipping:

Any product that was shipped in error or damaged during shipping will have the restocking fee and return freight charge waived.

For refunds on electronic replacement parts:

All electronic part refund issues will have to be approved directly through the manufacturer. Prior to receiving your product, inspect it. If you have any questions or doubts about its condition, DO NOT sign for it. Call 888.885.8844 or 708.395.9700 for customer service.

For factory direct or custom equipment:

Returns and warranty information will be handled per manufacturers return and warranty policies.
